Shipping costs
1. how much are the shipping costs?

International shipping 7.95€

2. how long does it take until I receive my order?
Our delivery time is 2-5 working days.
The delivery time may vary depending on the product and country. There are currently delays with our full print items, the rest will be dispatched at the usual speed.
As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by e-mail. You can now track your shipment here.
Product
All our items are made from fair cotton.
The printing is done in Germany using a 100% waterless process. We use a water-based ink free of heavy metals and harmless colorants. The ink is 100% biodegradable.
Our full print items are made in Europe from 100% polyester.
Returns
You have the right to return the items within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
We only accept returns for new and unworn goods.
If your goods are defective or an item is missing, this must be reported in advance. Otherwise there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.
If your right of return of 14 days has been exceeded and we have not previously confirmed an extended right of return, your return will automatically be sent back to you.
2. how can I return the items?
You have 14 days after you have taken possession of the goods to cancel your order.
Please keep in mind that we cannot cover the costs of the return shipment. We ask you to pack the products securely so that no damage can occur during shipping.
You can also return different orderstogether in one package.
Please just make sure that all clothes are in the package and that all items are listed on the enclosed note.
We do not send a confirmation of receipt after receiving your return.
As soon as we haveprocessed your return , you will receive a notification.
As a rule, we need a maximum of 10 days to process your return.
After major sales promotions, the processing time may be slightly longer.
It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been made.
Order

If your order isincomplete , please also contact us by e-mail.
Don't forget to include your order number.
2. i have not received an order confirmation.
Please also check your spam folder if there is no e-mail from us in your inbox.
If you still have not received an order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact customer service (service@weinspirits.com).
3. can I cancel or change my order?
It is of course possible tocancel your order. We can only cancel it as long as it has not yet gone into production. As we only print after the order has been received, it is no longer possible to cancel once the item is in production.
Makechanges in the order: Unfortunately, an order that has already been placed can no longer be changed.
If you have forgotten to add an item to your shopping cart, you are welcome to place a new order. We can also cancel the entire order so that you can place it again.
4. can I change my delivery address afterwards?
If your order hasnot yet been sent to , we can change your delivery address.
